PRICING POLICY
- Prices shown online or in your cart reflect merchandise only.
- Final costs, including taxes, delivery, or service fees, appear at checkout.
- We aim to keep all pricing and product details accurate.
- If an error occurs, we may cancel the order and refund any charges.
- If an item was mispriced and already delivered, it may only be returned under our return policy. No refunds will be issued for the difference.
PAYMENTS
- Full payment is required prior to delivery or pickup.
- Check payments are subject to a 7-day hold.
- Financing plans may require a downpayment.
ORDER CHANGES, CANCELLATIONS & RETURNS
- All sales are final.
No returns or refunds are allowed on any products. - Exchanges may be allowed only before delivery is scheduled and are subject to store approval.
Approval is not guaranteed. - Once delivery is scheduled, no changes, cancellations, exchanges, or refunds will be accepted.
PRODUCT DAMAGE CLAIMS
- For in-store pick-ups: Customers must thoroughly inspect all items before leaving the store. Any damage must be reported immediately. Once the merchandise leaves the store, it is no longer eligible for a damage claim.
- For deliveries: Customers must inspect all items upon delivery and report any damage on the delivery form. By signing the delivery form and confirming receipt in good condition, the customer waives the right to make any future damage claims.
DELIVERY GUIDELINES
- Delivery times are not guaranteed.
- To reschedule, contact us at least 3 days in advance.
- A missed delivery will require a re-delivery fee.
- Prepare your home: clear the path, measure doors and halls.
- No hoisting is available.
- For buildings above 3 floors, elevator access is required or an extra fee will apply.
- An adult (18+) must be present to receive the delivery.
- We do not accept cash on delivery.
- Items shipped directly from manufacturers may take 5–10 business days and require self-assembly. These sales are final.
PICK-UP INFORMATION
- Pick-ups operate on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Bring a valid photo ID and your original receipt.
- Items may be boxed and require assembly.
- Staff cannot load items into your vehicle.
- Ensure your vehicle is large enough to transport items safely.
- Furniture Place 1 Inc. is not liable for damage during loading, transport, or unloading.
- No returns are accepted for picked-up items.
PRICE HOLDS & LAYAWAYS
- A deposit secures today’s price and product availability.
- Orders may be held up to 90 days with regular monthly payments.
- Extended delays may affect product availability.
- If the balance is unpaid after 90 days from item availability, we reserve the right to cancel the order.
